Dear Part II Registrars

Please find attached the timetable for the Auckland FANZCA Final Exam Refresher Course.  We will be open from 8:00am with the introduction starting at 8.30am on Monday 8^th June.  We provide morning and afternoon tea but we do NOT provide lunch, you are allocated an hour for lunch and there are plenty of places to eat in the Grafton area. 

The venue for the course is the Clinical Education Centre on Level 5 at Auckland City Hospital, 2 Park Rd, Grafton, Auckland. 

On Wednesday 10^th June and Wednesday 17^th June we will be holding a practice viva session between 0730 and 0900.  If you wish to take part in one of the vivas please email me back your form if you haven’t already, I have attached it again.  An examination standard of dress is required for the vivas.  

The course dinner will be held on Friday 12^th June at Mekong Baby (262 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby) at 6.30pm.  Attendance at the dinner is included in your registration fee and we will ask you on Monday if you will be attending.     

Out of increasing environmental concern the course aims to be paper free as much as possible.  With the lecturers permission we will aim to provide all handouts to you on our website which you will be able to access with your password.
