Wellbeing Decks by Jo Sinclair
Create your own definition of wellbeing! The Wellbeing Deck is a tangible way to tap into our own insights; to notice, reflect and create an action plan. By labelling emotions and noticing what gets us there, we start to see patterns that help us manage the low points and maintain thriving. It’s a reminder that how we feel is connected to the things we do. And that is empowering.

Amber, Nola & Tom (a.n.t.) are 3 anaesthetists focused on improving the work lives of healthcare professionals in Aoteoroa New Zealand.
Based on Level 8 at Te Toka Tumai, we believe that many small incremental changes add up to lasting organisational change over time.
That means creating an organisation that sees you, values you and invests in you so you can work with us for a long time. It’s easy to see the system as bigger than us, but in reality the system is us - so we can improve it.
